Who This Room Is For

This Room Is For You If…

You're carrying something and you're tired of carrying it alone.

You want real conversation — not affirmations, not advice, just actual people.

You've been the strong one for so long, you don't even know what it feels like to let someone else hold something.

Wednesday nights, you want somewhere to land — not another scroll session.

You don't need a diagnosis. You just need a room where you don't have to explain yourself first.

You're open to it. You don't have to be ready — open is enough.

Inside the Room

What Happens When You Show Up

Every session has a theme. Every person gets a chance to speak. Nobody's graded on their answers or expected to have anything figured out.

There's enough structure so it doesn't just drift — but it's loose enough to follow what's actually alive in the room that night. Most people feel it within the first 10 minutes.

Chude Muonelo
Licensed Therapist · Group Facilitator · Founder, MMHW

Chude Muonelo is a licensed therapist and the founder of Mr. Metaphysical Health & Wellness. He has spent years facilitating support spaces for people carrying more than they show — professionals, caregivers, healers, and high-functioning adults who needed a room that could actually hold them.

He built The 7 O'Clock Hour because he believes healing happens in community — and most people don't have enough of it. This room is his answer to that.

Questions

Before You Show Up

Do I have to share?

No. You can listen as long as you need to. Most people are quiet for the first session and surprised by how much they want to talk by the second.

Is this therapy?

No. The 7 O'Clock Hour is a peer support group facilitated by a licensed therapist. It is not group therapy, does not constitute mental health treatment, and is not subject to clinical licensing requirements. Participants from any state are welcome.

What if I miss a week?

Come back when you can. The room runs every Wednesday. There's no catching up required — each session is self-contained.

How many people are in the room?

The room runs on Google Meet and can hold up to 500 people. Some weeks it's a dozen, some weeks it's a crowd — either way, the structure keeps it from getting lost. You won't get swallowed.

What does "facilitated" mean?

It means Chude guides the conversation — introduces the theme, creates space for everyone to contribute, and keeps the room on track. It's structured enough to feel purposeful, but flexible enough to follow what's actually in the room.

Will my name or what I say be shared anywhere?

No. What happens in the room stays in the room. Participants are asked to honor confidentiality as a condition of joining.

Is it really free?

Yes. The 7 O'Clock Hour is free, every week, with no strings. Deeper paid options exist for those who want a smaller or more intensive experience — but this room is free because it should be.
