Coaches listed in the Platform directory are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. The Company:
Any coaching relationship you enter is solely between you and the individual coach. You are responsible for evaluating whether a coach is appropriate for your needs.
Your use of this Platform, including submission of a contact form or communication with any coach through this Platform, does not establish a therapeutic, clinical, or professional services relationship with Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. No confidentiality protections applicable to clinical mental health records (including HIPAA) apply to communications made through this Platform.
Group programs offered through this Platform are personal development experiences facilitated by coaches or facilitators in our network. They are not group therapy and are not clinically supervised. Enrollment in a group program is subject to the following:
Refund and cancellation policies for individual coaching engagements are set by each independent coach. The Platform has no responsibility for and does not administer refunds for individual coaching sessions or packages. Please discuss cancellation and refund terms directly with your coach prior to beginning an engagement.
All website content, branding, copy, design, and materials on this Platform are the intellectual property of Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. In no event shall the Company's liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for any group program enrollment in the six months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
